Botchee 4x4 Lite Sudoku gone mad! is a game of strategy, where one's ability to systematically solve and/or botch a Sudoku puzzle is put to the test. Choose to compete one-on-one or team together with friend(s) as you attempt to out-botch the Bots or each other. Play robots, people or any combination of 2, 3, or 4 players. Botchee is easy to understand, yet challenging to master.
Play: Numbers are placed Sudoku style, with one number in each row, box, or column.
The first player chooses a number and places it on the board to score the point value of the number, e.g. Place a 3 and score three points.
Bonus points are scored if the move completes one or more regions.
A game of Botchee ends in one of two ways:
1) The puzzle is Solved when all tiles are filled - the last player is sure to score an abundance of bonus points as the final move completes the puzzle.
2) The puzzle is Botched when no move is possible - the botching player ends the game thus denying further bonus points to the other players.
At only 16 tiles, Botchee 4x4 looks simple, until you play a few games; only then will you realize there is strong strategy at play.
Practice robot solitaire then challenge family and friends as you gather around and haggle over who can out-botch who ... Botchee offers everyone a fun opportunity to engage in the strategy of word games, not in some unfamiliar language, but one of which we all share.
