Arabic Hub - THIS APPLICATION IS WRITTEN ENTIRELY IN ARABIC AND IS FOR ARABIC SPEAKERS GENERALLY.
This application allows users to send SMS messages in Arabic, search for an Arabic word, and more importantly browse Arabic websites properly as the default Internet Explorer browser displays Arabic characters disconnected.
Known issues:
- Email isn't currently supported.
- Not all Arabic websites work.
- Loading websites is a bit slow. If the screen turns off while loading a page, the page will stop loading and you will need to load the website again. Therefore, you will need to make sure you either set the screen-timeout to be long enough for the page to be loaded or tab every 20 seconds or so on the screen while the page is loading to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
