The original exercises that are bundled within MySportTraining fully remain available. Each series can be installed in memory or on a storage card, independently of the location of MySportTraining itself. You can also uninstall any series without impacting any of the data you have entered nor the other exercises.
This series includes 30 legs & buttocks exercises, some of them using a bench, ball, cables, weights and machine, to keep your joints healthy, strengthen your leg muscles and improve muscle tone.
