  MyTrainer allows you to keep track of your running, biking, swimming and walking exercise sessions.

It is simple and intuitive to use. You enter the date, your distance and time, and MyTrainer computes a pace or speed.

The View Log screen lets you view the results by week and type of activity.

You can also add a memo for each activity, to record things like weather conditions, etc.
