You can use the exercises in RipTime! Exercises, add to them, modify them or delete them completely to suit your training preferences.

Easily select exercises from the included 274 cardio and strength exercises or any others that you choose to add. All exercises are categorized by both type of exercise and the equipment that is used.
Save and easily retrieve exercise routines that you want to repeat.
View your progress through the exercise log that is available for each exercise. Not sure how much weight you lifted last time? Check the exercise log.
Separately record the amount of weight and number of repetitions for each set. RipTime! automatically calculates the average weight and average repetitions for each exercise.
Record changes you want to make in your exercise routine for easy retrieval when you next work out.
View a summary of your daily exercise through the exercise diary. Not meeting your weight goals? Check the exercise diary to see how much cardio exercise you really have been getting.
