MedicationTwitterings logs your medication usage to a Twitter oAuth app account for your doctor/nurse. Each time you take a medication the program will update Twitter.com with the medication report. Your doctor/nurse can use the PocketPC MedicationTwitterers to view your charts. If you are offline the program will save it in a buffer for the next time you are online. This service is provided by Twitter.com
