Investment Calculations include:
- Single Deposit Investments
Calculates the end value of a single investment given the Principal, Interest Rate and Length of investment.
Great for determining projected value of stock or saving accounts over a given length of time.
- Multiple Deposit Investments
Calculates the end value of multiple regular deposits to an investment account given deposit amount, Interest rate, Number of deposits per year and length of investment.
Perfect for calculating the projected value of retirement savings, where regular deposits are made.
- Investment Time to Value
Length of time for Investment to reach specified value. Given a fixed investment at a specific interest rate, the amount of time needed for investment to reach a specific value is calculated.

Calculates the repayment amount on a loan, given the Principal, Interest Rate and Length of loan.

- Amortization analysis of Loan
Calculates a monthly breakdown of a loan repayment, in terms of Opening Balance, Closing Balance, Interest paid and Principal repaid. This feature also provides total principal and interest paid over the specified time period.

Variations in Interest rates, Loan lengths, Repayment Amounts, Compounding schedules etc. can be specified for the various calculations.
Help is available both at the top level main menu and also for each individual calculation screen.
Calculation values entered on an individual calculation screen, are remembered for the life of the application session, allowing a number of ''What If'' calculations to be performed. The entered values are also transferred from one form of calculation to the next, allowing results to be transferred and used as the basis for further calculations.
Flexibility is provided by being able to specify various repayment or investment schedules (i.e. the number of deposits/repayments per year).
In the case of Amortization, the number of months to display can be specified along with starting year and month
