We've combined the ancient method with modern computer technology: feel your pulse at your neck, push a key at the same tempo on your mobile handset and it displays your heart rate (BMP, beats per minute) instantly. You don't have to calculate any more! A clever mathematical trick compensates even for the irregularities: tempo doesn't have to be so exact and yet the result is pretty well usable.
Usage tips: Check your heart rate at the office, during mealtime, at home or while dancing in a bar! Get more information about how body reacts to environmental challenges! Recognize situations with high impact on your circulation! Take care of your health!
Warning: this is NO CERTIFIED MEDICAL SOFTWARE. Keep seeing doctors even after buying myBPM! :)

Installing Flash Lite SWF content onto a handset
After you have unzipped the game on your PC, install Flash application on your phone, and place them in one of these folders:
- Phone mem/Documents/Flash
- Memory card/Documents/Flash
The FlashLite player can look in either of these directories, so just transfer the file to one of them. With Nokia phones, the Nokia PC Suite software creates a system folder for the phone, so you can browse through the phone memory just like you would any hard drive, and can just copy files over into these folders. You can also use the application File Manager on your mobile to run FlashLite files.
Transfer the FlashLite SWF file to the device, using one of the following methods:
- IR (infrared): If your PC and handset both support infrared, you can connect the device with the PC and transfer the file via IR.
- Bluetooth: If your PC and handset both support Bluetooth, you can connect the device with the PC and transfer the file via Bluetooth.
- Memory card: Using a memory card reader, you can transfer the file to the memory card for the phone.
- USB: Most phone manufacturers supply a USB cable for synchronising the handset with a PC and transferring files.
