AlienDS (Updated 13-10-08) It's a little FPS, with aliens! At this point it's still a work in progress, only 3 levels, very few SFX and just one weapon, but I think there is already enough to show and get some suggestions.
The controls are:
with the buttons:
pad - move around l/r - strafe a - shoot y - reload ( you have unlimited ammo, but have to reload manually) start - pause select - return to title screen
with the stylus:
pad/buttons - move/strafe L/R - shoot tap ammo icon - reload (in this scheme it reloads automatically when it reaches 0) start - pause select - return to title screen
In each level there is a blue key hidden that is needed to open the exit door.

quakeds_source_180207_pre1 How badly would you like for the FPS-hitmaker Quake to head on over to your DS, eh? Bad enough for you to want it right now? Well if that's the case, then your lucky stars must be out tonight and growing ever more brightly
Killzone : Liberation Multiplayer Mayhem Two Killzone : Liberation Multiplayer Mayhem Two
It's arguably the game's coolest mode, especially now that Sony has announced that it supports network functionality. But even without it, it's still insanely fun. You choose from a handful of maps, including the post-apocalyptic wastelands seen in the demo
Destroy the teletubies Destroy the teletubies
If you've never been a fan of Dipsy, Tinky Winky, Laa-Laa, and Po collectively known as the Teletubbies and you cringe every time they appear in their Tubbytronic Superdome, then PSP homebrew developer poloderomo may have something that could brighten up your day
Invas0res Invas0res
Fancy some space shooter arcade game? You came to the right place dude, at the right time. Homebrew developer Leo28C dropped by QJ forums today and released his second homebrew game called Invas0res. It is actually a Lua clone of modern day video game forerunner Space Invaders
Quake Wii 20080602 (wip) Quake Wii 20080602 (wip)
You've got better image quality at adequate framerates and Metroid Prime 3-like aiming to boot, but your Quake Wii fragging experience still occasionally sees a bug crop up. Quake Wii 20080602 was built to mow most of them down, but we're not sure which ones it fixes
XNA Asteroids XNA Asteroids
from hedgehog:
The original XNA Asteroids, updated to work with XNA 3.0 (windows and xbox360 solutions included).
A 1-4 player space shooter, created by Giles Evans-Pritchard at Microsoft/Rare to demo/teach XNA.
This updated version has a much smaller content size as it now uses a .mp3 for the music
Poke the Penguin Poke the Penguin
Eventually, we at QJ, out-poke ourselves with the non-retaliating penguin and we found ourselves wanting something more out of it, much like what happened to PSP-Maniac. After porting B4k4Zombie's original into C, he's now back with some mean updates - literally
