Instructions for use
------------------------------
1. Run Decompress.bat
2. Open bootWAVE_RESOURCE_2.bin in a hex editor.
3. Go to offset hex 248 through 2DD.
4. Mix the characters between those lines.
5. Save this file.
6. Run Compile.bat.
7. Put opening_plugin.rco in /vsh/resource/
8. Done!
