It's always a bit sad when an interesting piece of homebrew is left unfinished. It's the same with Sony PlayStation Portable homebrew developer EminentJonFrost's project, Elements, a mini-shooter with some rather quirky gameplay based around - wait for it - elements. At the very least, though, he's releasing it in an organized form, ready for another enterprising developer to finish it.
As for the reason Elements went unfinished, here's EminentJonFrost's explanation, quoted from the release post:
As it's name implies, it was based on playing with elements. I wanted my first game to be innovative somehow but didn't know how to proceed and stopped coding for so long and just.. lost interest.
Definitely sad news indeed. But for those of us who want to continue development on Elements, the game is coded completely in Lua, and be sure to mention the original developer when you release the final product, okay?

Remember PSP Helicopter? This one is kind of like that, except instead of building flying at you its goombas and koopas. Oh yeah, its not a helicopter either. In this little piece of Lua programmed homebrew by Gutya, you take control of Mario as familiar fiends come rushing your way. If nothing else, its a different slant on this classic platformer
WildSniper for LUA WildSniper for LUA
Montrob from the forums has released his first real game for LUA called WildSniper. In it, you use the D-pad to move your pointer in order to shoot enemies. The right trigger is used to fire a shot, and pressing start will exit the game. Considering it's his first build, this game does have it's share of bugs
