Here's the latest build of Dolphin, the ever-improving open-source Nintendo Gamecube and Wii emulator for PC.
Changelog:
The user Config directory in the dolphin emu distributed files is now an empty directory (since the portable file has been removed).A Hence that directory should be created and not copied.A This fixes a downstream packaging issue.A Downstream packages strip empty directories from the install.A So users of those packages will find that their settings are not saved.
