Didn't we mention just yesterday that jsherrad was taking a break from his current projects? Well, we've got yet another release from him, and it's as interesting as most homebrew games come. It's a Space Invaders game but the unique twist here is that it's all done in ASCII "graphics."
jsherrad credits Thomas Munro for creating the original code which he ported over. And as Space Invaders games go, the concept here is the same. You control the turret below and must fend of the hordes of alien forces. Here are the controls for Ascii Invaders:
* Fire button (X) to start the game and shoot the baddies.
* D-pad left & right to control your turret.
* Start button can be used at any time to exit the game.
Oh, so this is what it feels like to play a game in PSP's debug console! Joy of joys!

Mario Touch Game Mario Touch Game Poke the Pokeys. That's the object of the game here. And after a while it gets really addicting... and rather stressful. Just the way addicting games really are meant to be. It has a sense of urgency. Take a look at Tetris or Pipe Dream. Those were pretty addicting games with a simple concept behind it, and with one goal in mind: to get the highest score

Version 0.1 is rather simple, has only one player support and an easy to beat CPU player.
What makes PONG extreme special, is the vague idea of "Synesthasia"
