Cave Story PSP RC1- Looking for more games to add in your homebrew archive? Well here's one courtesy of coder ufo_z. The dev recently ported the critically-acclaimed sidescrolling action platformer Cave Story to the PSP.
Often compared to traditional action-adventure titles like Castlevania and the Metroid series, Cave Story was originally created by Japanese developer Daisuke Amaya AKA Pixel over the span of five years. It was released for PC in 2004 and was eventually translated to English by Aeon Genesis.
Developer's note:
Based entirely on Pixel's original code... some bugs in the game script due to the wider screen
