Hykem's make_npdata: Generate Your Own SDATs And EDATs - Do you want to play PSN content on your modded PS3? Check out this awesome new tool by Hykem that can get the job done!

As most PS3 hackers know, the ability to use PSN content on a CFW console requires a SDAT or EDAT file matched with the proper klicense. This tiny tool allows you to decrypt and encrypt your own DAT files to make launching PSN content much easier than before. It also bruteforces to find the correct key needed to start your games. File compression is not included in this build, but it's more than possible in a future release. See more details below!

make_npdata

Tool to encrypt/decrypt/bruteforce EDAT/SDAT files from PS3 games. Written by Hykem.

This tool aims to provide a fully working open-source solution for EDAT/SDAT file handling. It supports EDAT/SDAT decryption and decompression, encryption (compression is not yet implemented) and dev_klic brute-forcing.
