Have you ever come across any thing that, at first glance, makes you think that it may not be useful for you at the moment but may possibly will be in the near future? Homebrew developer SeanP223's Color Mixer for the certainly gives off that vibe.
Coded in LUA, Color Mixer is essentially what its name says: a color mixer. You can play with the RGB values to produce and shade of color possible, similar to the color palette found in the Colors! DS homebrew drawing application.
Since the readme is in French, you may want to try and take a look at the Installation and Commands info supplied by the developer, translated from French by our weblator:
Installation
* Retrieve files "colormixer" and "colormixer%" in ms0: / PSP/GAME150

* Left / right: Switching from one value to another
* L: Add 10 to the value R, G or B
