That said, those interested in readign further into TimeManager's development will want to visit Yan2yan's release thread.

LTE 3D Engine SDK 1.0 Just a few days ago, LTE Studios had taken the wraps off their custom made free 3D engine for homebrew developers. Although it was just a demo, it did show a lot of promise. PSPColemPSPColem
PSPColem Homebrew developer zx-81 updated the homebrewed ColecoVision emulator, namely PSPColem, up to version 1.1.1. The author notes that this is will be the final version of PSPColem for the Sony PlayStation Portable. And as such, it comes with more optimizations than bug fixes, and it finally solves those framerate issues you've had with a particular game

Raptor3D Just the other day, we had the LTE studios people releasing their custom-made 3D engines for homebrew developers. And since I wasn't quite expecting it, I was pleasantly surprised. And again, I wasn't expecting any other engines. Atleast not so soon! Well, it's nice to be surprised once in a while

From Sylus101:Sprite Designing/Testing/Creating/Animating On the GO!Just so it's clear and the purpose of the app isn't in question (as I think it might be) this is intended to be a developers helper in designing/modifying sprites, particularly for use with PALib, but since there is a binary export now I'm gathering they could be used with any dev platform (not like there are many others

Woopsi from ant512: This release is the first alpha version. At this point I'm mainly concerned with bugfixing and tidying up than adding significant new features. Big changes this time around include the removal of PALib support and a directory restructure. This is the first release of Woopsi that ships as a proper library
