If you haven't tried any kind of tower defense game in the past, we highly suggest that you go find one and try it. It really is exciting given all the preparations and thinking one has to do. If you're planning to try one, you might as well check out Defence Station Portable (DSP) from homebrew developer danzel.
What we have here for you is a new build of the game which brought DSP up to version 1.1. Take note that DSP is not just any ordinary tower defense game because it allows users to create new levels and some other customization options. The following changes have been implemented since the first version:
* Add "How To Play" level.
* Difficulty multiplier. (bigger number = more enemy HP)
* Show tower stats while placing one.
* Add "Save the house" mode.
* Show range rings when upgrading towers (Yes, you can upgrade towers! Select one on the map with X)
* Show Wave XX/XX Text between waves.
* Most game graphics customizable by level.
* Fix loading levels made on windows.
* Fix Quitting level in middle of wave stops player starting wave.
* Fix points (Max 10 points / normal enemy, 40 points / boss. Quicker kill = more points)
Aside from the PlayStation Portable version, danzel has also created Defence Station Portable v1.1 for both Windows and Linux users. All versions include a Readme.txt file and a leveldev file for those who want to create their own levels. Read all those documentation first to fully enjoy this game.
