System Player 101 for Slim & Fat (With CFW 3.90 M3
Homebrew developer homemister91 dropped by the forums earlier to announce the release of a new System Player 101 build for both the PSP Phat and Slim. This application, in case you're asking, is a Lua-based system browser for your Sony handheld.
This latest release sports a more stable MP3 player, and support for PSPs running on custom firmware 3.90 M33. Here's the full changelog (Quoting the readme).
* The main menu and System menu have been updated.
* The system info has been fixed with support for all cfw including 3.90 m33
* The System Browser has been updated and runs faster and more efficient.
* Runs on new LUA player
* Mp3 playing will 99% of the time exit properly and not crash the System.
* It runs faster now.
* CPU setting has been removed.
Regarding the removed CPU setting: homemister91 explained that this was done because the function was causing stability issues for the app. The file bundle will carry two file types: The "eloadersystemplayer101" folder is intended for installation on PSP Slims, while the "Ander LUA" folder is for installation on PSP Fats.
Full details on how to run System Player 101 are available in the file bundle's readme. We further encourage users to visit homemister91's release thread at the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums to give their feedback, or to report any bugs they may encounter.
