PSP Homebrew Developer Mizou93 has come out with an English translation for Ultimate Portal v6.0 which was originally released in French by biscottealacrevette. Mizou93 simply translated the program but does note one thing:
If you are using the Ultimate Portal Homebrew, you won't see the flash animations. (Too long to explain why but for the developers it's relating to: flash(0) registry.
The program doesn't come with a readme so users are advised cauting when using the app. Visit our forums for questions or discussions.
