It looks like the homebrew community is going to lose another developer for some time - to school. Well, it's not a bad thing and it's good to have priorities. To make up for another absence, becus25 has released an upgraded version of Vsh Resource Manager, or Vrm, and made the source code public.
Vsh Resource Manager is basically a theme flashing application that sports custom firmware support (OE, M33, and Wildc*rd). For version 1.0, becus25 worked some kinks out and added other functions into the app. Here's the complete list from the dev's release thread:
Small bug fix.
When you flash a file, vrm will show the size of it.
If you haven't put the pngs files on his root, the program won't start.
On main menu vrm will show the folder root selected.
Support for exit of the application pressing L+R+START . With this you can exit of the application of any part.
We need not remind you that messing with your flash0 always has that risk of bricking (here's to hoping you have an extra battery). Anyway, enjoy.
