Win2DS Homebrew coder MonkeyNZ has decided to pass on the torch to other Nintendo DS developers by releasing the source code for the handheld to PC server application Win2DS. Based on the latest build, version 0.82, the developer also included the source code for the client side of the homebrew app, DS2Win.
For those of you not familiar with the program, Win2DS and DS2Win acts as a simultaneous server-client application which allows communication between your DS and your PC. While neither program sports advanced features like file transfers, it does demonstrate proper Wi-Fi communication between the two devices.
Those interested in taking up the homebrew project should take note that when compiling the code for the server side under Delphi 7, you will also need to download a (free) version 10 of Indy. Here's to hoping that someone picks this up soon and continues this interesting homebrew project.

PIXELMAN From Sylus101:Sprite Designing/Testing/Creating/Animating On the GO!Just so it's clear and the purpose of the app isn't in question (as I think it might be) this is intended to be a developers helper in designing/modifying sprites, particularly for use with PALib, but since there is a binary export now I'm gathering they could be used with any dev platform (not like there are many others

Version 0.41 is now available.
This version contains the usual set of bugfixes, optimisations and new test projects. The SDL compatibility layer has been greatly improved in this release - I compiled a quick test for the GP2X F-200 and it now runs at the same speed as the DS version.
New features are limited to some more graphics functions
