GlucoseFacebooks allows a doctor/nurse to track the patients that are using the GlucoseFacebook. You can create groups of patients and view the glucose readings via the FaceBook servers offline/online. Tap on the patients name to view the glucose readings. You can also export into text for CSV. This service is provided by FaceBook.com
