2 = 1 - This algebra problem is great for math nuts.
It follows the rules of mathematics, except for one little rule, and that allows 2 to equal 1.
But what is the mathematical error? That's the challenge.

A=B*C Solve-for Poplet - This Poplet application calculates the missing value in a three variable equation of the form A=B*C. User highlights three numbers on their Palm device (one of which is a zero), invokes the Poplet and the 'zero' value is calculated from the other two
ABAKUS EQUA is a computer algebra program which performs symbolic and numerical calculations on mathematical equations.
For example, the input "ln(x+4) = 0" with variable "x" yields the output "x = -3". The equation "7*cosh(x) = sinh(x)+9" resolves to "x = ln((9-sqrt(33))/6); x = ln((9+sqrt(33))/6)"
Advanced Statistical Tables (Palm OS) - Advanced Statistical Tables provides users with the opportunity to calculate PDF, CDF and inverse CDF for a variety of probability distributions directly on their mobile device, including normal (Gaussian), Student's t, F, chi-square, exponential, beta, gamma, Poisson, binomial, negative binomial, geometric and hypergeometric
Algebra Quick Study Guide (Palm OS) - Boost Your grades with this illustrated quick-study guide. You will use it from high school all the way to graduate school and beyond
ArithmeTick is challenging math game where you solve addition, subtraction, multiplication and division problems!
How fast can you add and multiply? Solve math problem against the clock to achieve the highest score! A practice mode is also included to help sharpen your math skills
Arquimedes - Now you don't need those expensive scientific calculators to see what a 3D math function (x, y, z) looks like!
With Arquimedes you'll be able to evaluate complex equations with ease.
And 2D equations are not left outside of Arquimedes. Evaluate them in a point or change the range just with tap's on the screen
BaseConverter for Palm OS - This application will convert figures between bases (e.g. Binary, Octal, Decimal & Hexadecimal).
On the screen are four pushbuttons, each representing a base:
'Bin' = Binary
'Oct' = Octal
'Dec'= Decimal
'Hex' = Hexadecimal
Tapping a pushbutton while a numeric value is entered will express the value in the selected base
BeSmart - This is a pretty simple, but quite useful application will improve your skill to work with numbers. Either you want count them in your mind or your child is studying in school, the application will be helpful. It generates randomly for you number problems, allows you write on the screen, check your answer and shows whether you answered it correctly
