Pocket Prof: Private Pilot Questions - No one seems to have enough time these days.  This makes it a challenge for student pilots to find time to study for the FAA Knowledge Test or for licensed pilots to prepare for their next biannual flight review (BFR).

But while we are too busy for many of the things, we`re also forced to spend time on things we rather not do: in line at the drive-through, waiting for your turn at the speaker; in your dentist`s reception area, waiting for your semi-annual turn in the chair-of-fun; in the restaurant, waiting for the server to figure out how to deduct from your bill the nine burritos you didn`t eat; down at the dock, waiting for the ferry to Staten Island.  Modern life if full of this ``wasted time.``

There is a solution to this dichotomy: The Pocket Prof.

The Pocket Prof is a quizzing program for the Pocket PC computer platform.  It presents the user with multiple-choice questions and then tabulates their responses.  It is simple to learn and easy to use.  Most importantly, because the educational material is presented one question at a time, you can use it whenever you have even a minute or two of wasted time in your day.  The Pocket Prof can transform wasted time into ``opportunistic education.``

This version of the Pocket Prof tests the user on 460 questions from the FAA`s Knowledge Bank that are applicable for the Private Pilot`s Written Exam.  The questions are organized into the following chapters:

j  001-048  Code of Federal Regulations 1

j  049-169  CFR 2 & NTSB

j  170-277  Aeronautical Knowledge

j  278-345  Aviation Weather

j  346-369  Weather Services

j  370-456  Aeronautical Information Manual

j  457-460  Advisory Circulars
