PowerDrive is an application for PalmOne LifeDrive devices that will allow you to repartition your device to have a bigger RAM area or a bigger internal drive area. It will also allow use of ANY other CF card instead of the original microdrive for size and speed improvements, naturally. To use this application, make sure your LifeDrive has LifeDrive v2.0 update from Palm, Inc. installed. To download it or check that you have it, see here => [LINK] [LINK]
What's New in This Release:
· Now works well on lifedrives with the Chinese PalmOS version. Also added is an option to run with smaller dynamic ram (for udmh users who like to game) To do this, boot while holding the {star} button. To each prompt you see press the {up} button, except the "less dyn ram" prompt. Press {down} for that. This will make lifedrive has 4MB dynamic ram instead of the usual six, and add the extra 2MB to the dbCache.

Supported operating systems:
Palm OS 3.x, Palm OS 4.x, Palm OS 5.x
Other Software by developer «PalmPowerups»:
PowerDict PowerDict - Have you ever noticed how Treo680 auto-fixes some texts you type? Like how "acn" magically becomes "can" and "hvae" becomes "have". There is a list inside the PalmOS that keeps track of what replacements are to be made
Palm Movie Maker Palm Movie Maker - PalmOne, when releasing the Palm Zire 71 clearly said that it was not powerfull enough hardware-wise to record video, and of course this created quite an upstir in the Palm user community. Personally, this was the palm of my dreams, except for that problem, but I bought it anyways, becuse my old Sony N610C was dieing
MemUnfragment On OS 5.4.9 devices Blazer fragments the dynamic heap at startup, causing bad performance. This application will fix that
Mandelbrot Mandelbrot will show and allow you to explore the Mandelbrot set of any power. Can be used to be a banchmark
vDub vDub makes the device play the same sounds the microphone hears. The practical upshot of this is that if you connect a cable to headphone jack of the device and the other end to a microphone receptacle of another device, you can use the Palm as an amplified microphone
PowerVolume PowerVolume - system-wide volume regulation, can lower hiss in headphones
UnCache UnCache is a utility that will let you directly determine what applications get Launch code 5.
"What is Launch Code 5?" you might ask. It is a launch code that is sent to ALL applications when palm is resetting. "ALL?!?!?" you might ask, "Isn't that too much?" Well...yes, so PalmPowerups fixed it
NOP Can be assigned to a hard button, to use it to turn device on without switching the current app
