Fblade1987 has updated his Flash application for the PSP, IC Drawing Board to version 0.2. IC Drawing board stands for Indie Cruise Paint, and is a simple flash application that allows you to draw things in the PSP browser for 2.7 users, and is similar to MS Paint.
