Homebrew application RCO Editor is already synonymous with the name ZiNgaBuRgA. If you haven't been paying attention to this program, it's pretty much self-explanatory.

XMB Theme Cycler
PSP coder and QJ.Net Forum resident luizlizard opened up a thread earlier to announce the release of XMB Theme Cycler v0.1. As its name implies, this PSP-based app allows PSP owners to swap their XMB themes on demand.
One interesting feature that the author notes about XMB Cycler is that it will automatically change your Themes every time you restart
