Sony Custom Theme Converter
Sony has released a new version of Custom Theme Converter, a handy authoring tool that allows you to create custom themes for your PSP's. The latest update now supports the official firmware 6.20. It also includes some new icons and other categories that was introduced in the latest firmware update

CTFTool GUI for 5.50
Matchung has released an English version of CTFTool GUI for 5.50 originally coded by I-patpat. This app allows you to create themes compatible with CXMB directly from your PC and extract them CTF file already created
Slim Colors Patch

A quick update to the Slim Colours Patch.
Changes:
- Added support for 5.02, 5.03 and 5.50.
- Made code more dynamic, should no longer require an update each fw.
Instructions:
- Obtain 13-27.bmp and flash it to flash0:/vsh/resource.
- Install slim_colors.prx like any other plugin
Unofficial CXMB for 5.03 M33/GEN
From readme:
The unofficial CXMB for 5.03 M33/GEN uses 5.02 CTF themes.
So you can load themes on PSP-3000 and PSP-2000 v3 without a brick risk.

1. Go to Settings->Theme settings->Theme
2. Apply the original(Sony) theme

176 waves for 5.00

The big downside to having 5.00 is was the lack of customs waves. Not anymore. I convered the 176 waves pack to work on 5.00. Use them for your personal use or use them with theme's. Just install them into your flash0/vsh/resource folder. Then go to your XMB select classic in settings/theme/background
PSP Wallpaper Maker
What's the first thing a customized PSP needs? Custom wallpaper, of course.
I suppose there are a lot of other PSP wallpaper-making tools and sites out there but this particular one boasts of the ability to convert larger jpeg, png, gif or bmp pics *and* that it's fairly easy to use
