Coder nickdagamer visited the QJ.NET PSP Developer Forums earlier to announce the release of the Songbird homebrew. This web browser-based application will enable PSP owners to run songs on their handheld. Imagine an application like the PSPtunes music player, and you've got the idea.
Users are reminded that Songbird uses an external xml file to load songs. Furthermore, the app will only play compressed MP3 files. Instructions on how to convert songs for use on Songbird are available in the file bundle's readme. You may also want to visit nickdagamer's release thread over at the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums if you're interested in giving your feedback.
