If you're new to the PSP homebrew scene or if you just want to make homebrew installation a bit easier, you might want to try tkj's Easy PSP Installer. It's a homebrew Windows app that lets you download, extract, and install homebrew in one go.
To use it, just download and run the installer available below. You'll also need to log in using the following information:
UserID: beta
Password: beta
There's also an auto login feature that you can enable by editing Easy PSP Installer's shortcut properties and adding "userid=beta password=beta" after the target destination. If you're running Vista, you'll need to right click on the shortcut and choose to execute the program with administrator rights.
Easy PSP Installer is currently at version 0.93. The developer says it's already working well (it doesn't support rar and 7zip files yet though), but he's still looking for beta testers to give him some feedback.

eMenu-- is meant to be a simple, fast, stable no bs alternative to the standard eLoader menu.
# This is intended for use with eLoader v0.95+
The reason we desided to make a new menu, was the increasing trouble the old menu gave us. It had become hard to maintain and was rather slow when having more than a page of homebrew
