Those homebrew contests sure add lot more spice to the homebrew community. This one here is but one of the contest entries for PSP Hacks' homebrew contest. Serve N' Go from Sousanator is actually inspired by McDonald's McFun and Serv game. So obviously, and as the title totally gives away, this is a serving game.
You work in a fast food chain and you are tasked to attend each customer as efficiently as you could. Find their orders, bring the right one to the counter, and you'll earn three points. Serve good food to the happy customer and you'll get another ten points. Simple, eh? But to keep things from being boring, there's four game modes for you to choose from: Story, Survival, Speed, and Classic. Definitely, you'll find each of these modes to give you a good run behind the counter.
Anyhow, Serve N' Go is already in its version 3, and has been completely re-written cos the previous versions were LUA-based. Here's the changelog for version 3 of Serve N' Go:
* custom background music (your MP3 collection)
* 4 different game modes
* multiple themes to choose from
* difficulty settings (because some complain it is to hard I defaulted it to 60%, but I enjoy it at around 85%)
* and much more smile
So put on that smile and get ready to serve. Enjoy! Oh, and make sure to check out the Read Me for more details!
