  ptDanzeff for PSP

Christian "LilCthulhu" Morency, takes on the challenge of integrating the messenger client functions of a PDA into your PSP. So you can immediately tell all your friends about this mad Lua game that you've just played (or about qj.net). LilCthulhu brings us ptDanzeff, an adaptation of Python-PSP.

This can be likened to Cancan's adaptation but not quite. Keeping the source as close as possible to its original C source, ptDanzeff is more of a straight conversion of the C source code to Lua and Python. Clearly no code stealing here, just two amazing versions.

At first it was a little bit confusing on what button to press to input the exact letter that you want. I think this is because I am basing it on a cellphone's keypad when composing SMS. But after a few tries it's relatively easy to use. One key that I particularly liked was the select key, because it produces a heart symbol. The interface is as close as you can get to the real thing. So you won't have to worry that you wouldn't know where everything is.

LilCthulhu extends his thanks to oobles, oopo, fanjita, ditlew, shine, nevyn, fraca7. Danzell and Jeff for providing us an excellent OSK and input system. Kudos to cancan who worked on his own adaptation for lua at probably the same time but was able to release it a few days earlier.
