There's a new recovery homebrew application that is called, well, New Recovery. It was creaded by coder kgsws and QJ Forum member myschoo was good enough to share it with everyone else. One good thing about this is that if you prefer the original recovery menu, you don't actually need to flash this as you can just put in as an eboot.
The program itself, not the eboot one take note, contains the "recovery.prx" file as well as various language files such as English, Slovak, and build-in Czech. Other features include Theme Settings and on/off toggle for the XMB background. And did we mention that New Recovery can display 15 PRX modules? We didn't? Well it does (5 XMB, 5 GAME, 5 POPS)
New Recovery, like most homebrew applications, comes in with a Readme file so be sure to browse through that first. It tells how you can tinker with your PlayStation Portable's (PSP) old "recovery.prx" and even replacing its language. If you're really that nifty, you can even change the color of your original recovery menu.
