  Snowball Wars *THWAP* Snowball Wars!

That was the sound of a snowball whacking you in the head. Good times.

Well, it's only been a short while since ro0kie42 came out with the first version of Snowball Wars, but he's just released version 2.0, which is just as moddable as the first one, but has one new feature: individuality!

The three lives you get to use now have different abilities, such as invisibility, speedy throwing powers and enemy-slowing snowballs, and you can change between the three characters at will. He still hasn't made a real pause button (you still have to hold it down), but all in all it's a solid game.

PyBlast v0.1PyBlast v0.1
PyBlast v0.1 Homebrew developer trevis dropped by our forums to release PyBlast v0.1. The object of the game is simple, blow up your opponent's tank before it blows you up. While this is simple in theory, it takes a certain amount of skill since you have to aim the gun while factoring in for wind and the amount of force you have to put into the shot
PSP InvadersPSP Invaders
PSP Invaders  Percival, who is known for releasing games tailored for 2.01+ Firmware, has ported this SDL version of Space Invaders by Neils Weber. Since it was made by Percival, you can bet that it works well on ALL firmware versions

Chocobo  LNATropic from our forums has just updated his SMM Mod Chocobo to version 1.2. Here's what's new in this latest version : * Removed Wacky Music and included music from Final Fantasy VI. Press Start to hear music. * Updated Graphics * 2 More stages
Lua ZorBlocksLua ZorBlocks
Lua ZorBlocks  So Zordak fibbed. When he released his last version of Zorblocks, he said that it was final. No more. Stick a fork in him, he's done. That's all well and good, but he's a liar because he couldn't resist tweaking a few problems with his almost-final version
Mario's Road v2.0Mario's Road v2.0
Mario's Road v2.0 from malliet: I'm here to release the second version of Mario's Road. This homebrew game was originally by Muhie, but I got his permission to continue with his game. In this game you have to collect the stars, while avoiding the bananas and Bowser or Wario. If you hit Wario or Bowser, you lose and you'll have to start again at the first level
REminiscence PSPREminiscence PSP
REminiscence PSP  There's this homebrew application called REminiscence and it has been a while since it was updated. We're happy to report that a new build for the program has just been released, bringing it up to version 0.1.9
Ascii InvadersAscii Invaders
Ascii Invaders Didn't we mention just yesterday that jsherrad was taking a break from his current projects? Well, we've got yet another release from him, and it's as interesting as most homebrew games come. It's a Space Invaders game but the unique twist here is that it's all done in ASCII "graphics
Ants4PSPAnts4PSP
Ants4PSP Homebrew developer Joppy Furr sent QJ.NET an email informing us about the game Ants4PSP. Like the name implies, this particular creation is actually a port of the flash game called Castle Wars and Ants. According to Joppy Furr, this is his first homebrew game and he is interested for the community to see his creation
Bumper Car MayhemBumper Car Mayhem
Bumper Car Mayhem Any homebrew coding competition brings a lot of good things to the community. For one, it gives users several good quality games that can be played on their PlayStation Portable (PSP) units. There are other reasons we can think of but the most important one is that these events serve as venues where coders can showcase their talents
Lua Pac ManLua Pac Man
Lua Pac Man Yashamaru just made a Lua version of the hit classic, Pac-Man. You see, Yashamaru over at our forums was working on "some old code" for a certain game. But then the said game couldn't use that particular code, so he transcr4ibed it to a Pac-Man ghost instead. One thing lead to another, and now, you have a beta version of Lua Pac Man up for grabs
