SPResistors-determines resistor values/color codes and performs Ohm's Law calculations.
SPResistors includes 4, 5, and 6 band resistors
Instructions:
Installation
Unzip the files from this download
With your Smart Phone connected to your computer through ActiveSync, run the Setup.exe file
Your phone will prompt you for an installation location - installing to the phone or a storage card will work
Resistors
Use the phone's up/down directional pad to switch between the different resistor bands
Use the phone's left/right directional pad to change the selected resistor band's color/value
Use the phone's right soft key to open the menu and switch to a different type of resistor
The resistor's value and tolerance are displayed at the bottom of the screen
Help text just above the resistor's value describes the purpose of the resistor's selected band
Ohm's Law Calculator
Enter values using the phone's keypad
Use the up/down directional keypad to switch between the different fields
Press the phone's * key to enter a decimal
Press the phone's # key to clear the selected field
Press the phone's action key to perform the calculation
Two entries are required to perform the calculation
Use the phone's right soft key to open the menu to clear all of the entries and switch back to the resistors
