A young magician, Tom's master, entrusted him to guard a magic ring while he is away. But, of course, careless cat lost it. He managed to put it on the head of a big-eared mouse Jerry. A small prankster runs away with the ring to a huge city and certainly, he gets lost in it in no time. But the mouse is already hunted: the ring is magic and half of the city inhabitants dream to catch a mouse and get a longed for trophy. Meanwhile the ring "wakes up" and demonstrates different magic.
