With the addition of the Wii Play the Drums into the roster of available applications that use the Wiimote, we can now safely say that there has never been a better time to make a Wiimote rock band. All you have to do is combine the Wiitar, the Wii Loop Machine, and this Wiimote drum kit, and you have the makings of a full-fledged rock group.
This is the first released (but unfinished) version of Evan X. Merz's Wiimote Drum Sampler, otherwise known as Wii Play the Drums. With it, you can play with the different parts of an entire drum set using one Wiimote, and even replace the drums with other samples to make your own special instrument.
In any event you can find the file over at his website or download it from us. Just remember that you'll need a bluetooth adapter and Microsoft's .net Framework 2.0 for it to properly function, and you should be on your way to playing the drums. Enjoy!
