Wii developer Owen has released what is being called the Newo Model Viewer. This is an app for your Wii that lets you view Wavefront OBJ. It was created to let you view and test models for Newo Shooter. The feature list is below.

The team of homebrew developers Askot and dsbomb has just released a new build for SNES9X v1.4.3, bumping it up to version 0.1.0 20080331.
For those not familiar with this, it is an open source project with the objective of bringing the emulator to the Nintendo Wii

One of the cool features included in this release is the addition of a new viewing mode which they are calling "Banner". Banner looks like the Wii's system menu.
