Mobifit allows you to track your route with your phone's built-in GPS as well as calculate important stats such as speed and distance. Alternatively, you can manually enter the distance and time if you forgot to grab your phone... just to keep the stats-recording continuum alive!
As soon as you're done exercising, Mobifit easily integrates with twitter to share your latest achievements with your friends.
