MovieFromHome streams your home movie files from your existing home HTTP server to your phone! It uses a media XML file to describe the home movie files to stream.

Hints:
- Convert your home movies using HandBrake in a Windows Phone compatible format (MP4, H.264 constant quality RF=23)
- For viewing on local network encode movies at width=480.
- For better remote viewing (over internet, not on local network) encode movies at width=320.
Known Issues:
- Some large files (2 hours, 500MB) don't play
