TreeTagger Mobile is a location-based application to map the locations of trees visible in the imagery. The main purpose is to foster inquisitiveness about tree species and provide species-level location data for science and conservation. Currently TreeTagger Mobile saves the data locally and can email tree records as XML to a designated recipient. Soon TreeTagger Mobile will be able to sync with TreeTagger.com so that Tree-mapping folks can share their efforts.
