The Forbidden Lands - The Forbidden Lands is the second official expansion pack for Quest of the Hero II. The expansion is an individual product and doesn?t require Quest of the Hero II to be installed.
Arlandia has fallen! The once-glorious empire of knights and kings that has fought for so long against evil has fallen, and the evil Surtur, Lord of the Flame of Muspelheim, has conquered all. Arlandia is ruled by his necromancer servant, Xavier, and every Arlandian who has not all ready been slain or enslaved must seek refuge in the last remaining castle that has not been destroyed. Even the great Castle of Arlandia itself has fallen!
It is in this dark time, that a band of soldiers, trained by a fugitive captain and led by an unwilling teenage girl must, against all odds, travel into the heart of The Forbidden Lands, seek out the vile Surtur, and destroy him to save their beloved land!
The new features of this expansion include:
5 Way Navigator support for Palm OS 5 PDAs.
Many new enemies to fight, including (but not limited to) Bats, Snakes, Vampires and the vile Surtur.
All new graphics including new creatures, hi-res images for all the old creatures, many terrain features, new castles, and so on.
A challenging map that will take hours to play!
Secret passages and hidden features that may or may not be discovered on your first play!
An all new spell: Summon Fire Elemental
