InternetLimiterer limits your total internet time. Select the time limit from the toolbar and the program will count down the time until your limit is reached. NOTE: The program uses the actual internet connection for the timer so the program does not count offline time.

I recommend turning of not cheap GPRS data connection in case of WiFi lost connection.
