If you are using MySportTraining for Pocket PC or MySportTraining for Smartphone and are looking for more exercises to develop explosive power and reach peak condition, here is Exercise Series 2: Plyometrics, which adds 30 illustrated plyometric exercises (5 in trial mode) into MySportTraining, to exercise the following muscle groups:
legs
arms
pectorals
abdominals
These exercises are automatically integrated into the muscle chart, giving you more choices to work on specific muscle groups. The original exercises that are bundled within MySportTraining fully remain available.
The series only occupies about 250 KB, and can be installed in memory or on a storage card, independently of the location of MySportTraining itself. You can also uninstall the series without impacting any of the data you have entered nor the other exercises. You can also install multiple series.
Additional exercise series (also illustrated in color) are available to add variety to your workouts and focus on specific areas: General Fitness, Ball Exercises, Flexibility, Abs and Back, Legs and Buttocks, Arms and Shoulders.
Installation note: the exercise series require MySportTraining 5 or newer.
