This applet really helps you keep track of all the things you need to do BEFORE and AFTER a closing takes place. RE-CLOSEDATA and its Forms contain the essentials of all your active and completed closings.

The MAIN Form for MLS and essential heading details, closing date, list and selling prices and agents, and their respective companies. There are also 9 Buttons to send you to all kinds of details and dates for:

Flights for HanDBase Flights for HanDBase - This is a linked database for tracking flights and procedures that are done. There are 2 PDB files in the zip file. Both will need to be installed to function properly. There are many pop up fields and it is pretty self explanatory. You can alter it to suite your particular needs or the needs of your flight program. I am interested in any feedback.
Survey Manager for HanDBase Survey Manager for HanDBase - Survey Manager is an example of an application that provides the user with the ability to keep counts while performing surveys. The surveys will show the date and time and a survey number can also be used. By simply pressing on the buttons the counters are incremented. Artist Expenses for HanDBase Artist Expenses for HanDBase - This is an expense recording database for visual artists (painters, sculptors, etc). It allows for entry of a dollar amount and check boxes for the type of expense. Sales commissions paid may also be recorded by making a (-)amount entry (Of course, you can choose to enter ordinary expenses as minuses)
R/E EXPENSE 2 for HanDBase R/E EXPENSE 2 for HanDBase - This is an expense recording database for real estate sales people which is very similar to, but improved, version of R/E EXPENCE in this Gallery. It is now on two tabs to permit Pocket PC keyboards not to be in the way, too.
