Paper Monsters is an excellent platformer. It could seem that Mario's theme is quite trite and gamers saw enough imitations for the genious game. But Paper Monsters raise the bar of the genre to a new more qualitative level. The graphic part of the game is excellent, the paper characters are skillfully drawn and the most of models have distinctive appearances. The main hero is not the exception. He has angular forms and his head looks like a cube. Right angles and plane surfaces do not spoil the game design. On the contrary, they are quite in their right places and look nice. The gameplay is easy enough. You have to collect buttons, paper clips, jump on the heads of monsters and jump on various objects. There are also battles with bosses. The precise maneuvering is very important here, as it is easy to die because of a collision with a paper monster and you will have too few lives. Well, if you do not want to collect bonuses in the game you can choose the shortest way and run till the end of the level. And you will not feel any complications.
