Tap Talk is an app designed to help people communicate, even if they can't read or talk. Add phrases by pressing the menu button. Give them a title and a picture from your gallery! (You can even take one from your camera. Just press the Gallery button, enter camera mode, shoot the picture, hit the back button, and select the picture.)
If you like TapToTalk (by Assistyx LLC), then you will love this app. TapToTalk is 3.5M. This app is only 103k, about 3 percent of TapToTalk! TapToTalk requires an Internet connection. This app does not require Internet at all! TapToTalk is not easily customizable, and this app is COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZABLE. In fact, you can build your ENTIRE LIBRARY.

To add a phrase, use the Add Phrase option under the menu. To edit or delete a phrase, long click the button that holds the phrase.
Tap Talk uses Google's extensive and efficient TextToSpeech engine to generate its phrases.
