Every time you reset your Pocket PC (soft reset), then this application goes into action (in the background) to clear out garbage that Windows CE has created. This means optimum performance without any worry.
Every Pocket PC needs SpaceMaker. After you install SpaceMaker, every time you restart your Pocket PC, by a soft reset, the application will automatically load up and optimize your Pocket PC by removing any garbage that has collected. Every time you use explorer, install applications, or run memory intensive programs, Windows CE creates temporary files. Like the name suggestions, these files are used temporarly and are useless after that time. Windows CE is not optimized to get rid of the junk it creates. You, as a user, can manually go through your system looking for these files, but it takes time and effort. Worst of all, these files reappear just as fast as you could delete them. But this application will do the work for you, ensuring that EVERY soft reset will result in a thorough cleaning out of garbage and other temporary files.
The amount of space this application will save (upon each soft reset) is at least 50 kb. More realistic, the more typical savings is 1-2 mb (depending on how long it has been since the last reset and what you use on your Pocket PC).
This program is perfectly safe. It will never delete any files that were not temporary, were being used, or were not designated as junk by the Windows CE operating system.
