All information needed to create a custom material list from your custom data base is in one workbook. Never be without all easy to find current project information and materials needed again.
Template is in an Excel format file and is extremely easy to use. If you work with Excel spread sheets this is for you, you do not have to learn a new time consuming software package. Created by a contractor for a contractor and used every day, however, can be used by all industries.
All forms can be printed on site with a portable printer via IR port (printing software needed)
Includes 150 construction industry standard material items and codes. (All can be changed or modified as you need)
Fully customizable code item list. List up to 300 items and costs you use most in a list form then create a unique custom code for each item.
Text and or numbers are now acceptable in your custom code, up to 6 digits. An example, your custom code # "2410" might be used for "2x4 - 10' " and "2612" might be used for "2x6 - 12' ". Extremely easy to create a data list. Any data items can be included for all industries.
After creating your custom list with your unique codes, enter your new code # on the sheets and the information and costs you created are inserted. This alone will save you time and frustration entering the same text over and over.
